I want to send a truley heartfelt thank you for all of the hardwork everyone put into the reunion.  From the website to the party on Saturday everything has been awesome.  I was only able to make it to the event on Saturday evening, but had so much fun.  My only regret is that I didn't make it to the other side of the room and missed seeing many people.

Hey 1990,

Thanks for making our weekend so special!  Nicole Birdsong led is in our time cheering on the football team... starting off the weekend right with some great memories of Friday nights in the 80's and '90's!  Go Warriors!

Kim Joyce organized Saturday's tour of the school -which was fascinating as we all struggled to figure out just where we were in relation to the old POD hallways.  Jeremy Jackson did a great job showing us the changes in the gym, weight room and the new auxiliary gym downstairs.  He also updated us on all the new technology the school has in place....even in the lunchroom system where the students now have individual codes to type in when they buy lunch!  Upstairs was like a whole new school, but thanks to the mezzanine we could still recognize it!

Saturday night was a blast as we saw all our classmates -looking so good you would never guess it's been 20 years!  Nikki did a super job getting photos for us and all those wonderful pictures can be found on Nikki Dumm's account on Walgreens.com.  Mrs. Epps, Mrs. Teague, and Mrs. Grott helped us get going at the registration table. Angie Ignatowski, Heather Pohl, Erin Lowry, and Chris Dumm did such a great job throwing us a fantastic celebration!  Thanks to Amy Kraemer for making us the music cd's and to Joe Contrucci for playing us some great 80's tunes! Please let them know how much you appreciate all their hard work!

We will be asking you for some feedback on our evaluation form soon. This website will remain up and running so that we can keep you informed and stay in touch-thanks to Heather for starting it for us!

Hey Guys! I hope you're planning on coming to the tour on Saturday morning. We are planning on having the shoot-out immediately following the tour, weather permitting. There is a band function that day, hopefully they will be playing really loud for us when we walk in the doors, but we have to share the school with them. (We did learn sharing in High School, right)? If it's raining, they will be using the gyms, so stay tuned. As soon as I get the go-ahead from the weatherman, I'll let you know. Hopefully GAME ON!!

Hey out there - just wanted to send a reminder about the other 2 reunion events.  Nicole has reserved a spot for us to sit together at the football game on Friday night.  Make sure you tell them your name and that you are with the reunion party at the door!  Also, Kim is organizing a basketball shootout contest after the SCW building tours Saturday afternoon.  This event will have prizes and snacks for the kids so don't miss out!  Helping with the shootout will be the SCW basketball coach Jeremy Jackson (class of 94 and Robin's brother-in-law). 

I tried to book a room at Ameristar and they said that they couldn't reserve a room or give me a group rate under the SCW 1990 reunion because a contract wasn't signed?  They said whoever reserved the block of rooms has to sign a contract.  Not sure what that is all about, but would like to know either way if the contract will be signed or not since this is my first choice in hotels.

Hey Angie - it's Heather :)   Angie I. looked into the room block at Ameristar and actually found that you can book the rooms cheaper on line, plus they wanted us to commit to a certain number.  So we didn't go forward with the block.  Sorry for any confusion!  Can't wait to see you!!

Hey Guys! You've heard that we are doing the SCW tour Saturday morning at 10:00 am, and we'd like to involve everyone's kids. So, we're having a basketball shoot-out in the gym immediately following the tour. We will have giveaway towels and tee shirts for the winners. I personally have one little guy who would like to give it a try. Come and show off your future ball players. (Even if they won't play for West.)

In addition, for those who would be interested in some SCW shirts and sweatshirts, we can have a table set up in the commons. I would love some feedback as this would involve the PTO president. She has offered her time, but if there isn't an interest, I don't want to use up her Saturday morning.
